美国经济数据出炉，GDP数据不及预期，但是PCE超预期，市场进入混沌状态，GDP不及预期主要是出口分项拖累，所以美元小幅调整，但整体依然在多头区间之内，等待回踩之后的低吸机会，金价方面小幅反弹，目前调整尚未结束，结构上维持箱体对待，等待方向选择，美原油小幅反弹，但并未测试箱体压力，日内等待压力测试为主
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金短期维持震荡调整，目前依然在区间之内，且指标尚未修复完成，虽然美国GDP数据不及预期，但并未能推动金价继续走强，且美联储降息预期尚未出现变化，金价等待压力测试为主，4小时级别反抽压力2360附近，下方支撑2300，区间之内高抛低吸
USOIL 美原油
美原油震荡反弹，但依然在区间之内，基本面上并未出现明确的变化，只是市场风偏回暖，地缘局势脱敏之后大宗商品内部分化，等待箱体压力测试之后的方向选择为主，日线级别支撑80美元附近，上方压力86美元
