美元指数继续反弹，短期进入箱体密集压力区间，但并未突破，基本面上主要是非美走弱，使得美元被动走强，继续关注美联储降息预期变化，是否施压美元走弱，等待沽空机会为主，金价创新高之后调整，目前依然在多头区间之内，等待指标修正之后的低吸机会，继续关注美国经济数据，是否进一步证实降息提前，美原油震荡走高，主要是大宗商品联动走强，等待库存数据落地之后的低吸机会
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金短期维持震荡上行，目前均线偏离值较大，等待修正之后的低吸机会为主，基本面上依然是美联储降息周期之内，支撑金价多头上行，继续关注美元指数压力测试之后的方向选择，日线级别回踩支撑2230附近不破，等待低吸，上方压力2270突破则有望测试2300附近
USOIL 美原油
美原油短期继续走强，需求端回暖预期持续升温，结构上大宗商品共振上行，有望带动油价走强，继续关注库存数据是否进一步下行，形成供需双重支撑，日线级别支撑81美元附近低吸，上方压力85美元突破则进入多头加速阶段
