美元指数继续反弹，主要是美联储利率决议落地，虽然美联储主席鲍威尔鸽派，但是欧元区整体很弱，因此支撑美元被动上涨，短期来看，这里依然是箱体震荡，所以等待箱体压力测试之后的方向选择，金价方面维持震荡上行，4小时级别回踩之后整体依然处于多头区间之内，等待企稳低吸，美原油短期维持震荡上行，目前回踩通道支撑，日内等待低吸机会为主
XAUUSD 黄金
金价冲高回落，虽然美联储意外鸽派，但金价新高之后进入超买区间，叠加美元指数反弹，不利金价持续走强，短期依然维持震荡上行为主，4小时级别多空分水岭2160不破，等待低吸机会，上方压力前期高点2200美元附近，突破则加速上行，等待指标修正完成
USOIL 美原油
美原油短期震荡回踩，但已经突破箱体压力，因此这里的回踩存在低吸机会，基本面上EIA上调需求预期，结构偏多，且供给端库存下降，短期支撑油价向上走强，继续关注大宗商品的联动，4小时级别多空分水岭79美元不破，等待低吸，上方压力85美元附近
