英镑：英国央行的温和鸽派转变
英国央行昨天选择了比预期更为鸽派的沟通方式。尽管维持指导不变（利率将在较长时间内保持限制性），但两位最鹰派的委员将投票从加息改为按兵不动，而且在会议纪要中提到，即使降息，利率仍可能是限制性的。
