美元指数冲高回落，基本面上美联储主席鲍威尔意外鸽派言论，支持降息预期升温，施压美元，同时技术层面存在二次回踩的需求，日内等待箱体下沿附近确认为主，金价短期加速上行，测试2200美元整数关，由于降息预期进一步走高，金价维持多头运行，等待回踩低吸，美原油震荡上行，继续关注市场对于大宗商品的共振上行，日内回踩低吸为主
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金加速走高，目前已经测试2200美元整数关，基本面上美元指数走弱，美联储降息预期继续升温，支撑金价多头上行，但技术层面存在背离的可能性，日内不宜过分追涨，短期回踩低吸为主，日线级别多空分水岭2170不破，多头延续，因创历史新高，所以短期上方不存在阻力，等待加速为主
USOIL 美原油
美原油冲高 回落，并未跟随大宗商品进一步走强，虽然金价强势上破，但油价依然受供给端的压力，并未进入多头加速区间，目前虽然突破区间压力，仍需要基本面进一步的催化，日内回踩支撑80美元不破，等待低吸，上方压力85美元
