美元指数小幅震荡，短期超跌反弹之后并未突破箱体压力，且本周将迎来日本央行以及美联储利率决议，等待基本面新的变化之后的方向选择，金价方面短期维持震荡调整，此前超买之后指标尚未修正，等待低吸机会为主，美原油大幅走高，突破箱体压力，主要是供给端出口减少，需求端预期回暖，支撑油价，日内维持震荡上行
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金短期维持小幅震荡，并未跌破区间支撑，且此前大幅超买之后存在修正的需求，基本面上美元指数反弹不利金价走高，同时美联储降息预期有所缓和，等待日本央行利率决议，同时继续关注美联储对于降息预期的变化，4小时级别多空分水岭2140，上方压力2180，跌破则存在加速的可能性
USOIL 美原油
美原油突破箱体压力，结构上存在加速的可能性，基本面上OPEC第二大产油国伊拉克表示下调出口量，供给端上支撑油价，同时EIA上调需求预期，日内油价存在继续上行的可能性，短期回踩支撑80美元不破，则维持多头结构，上方压力85美元附近
