美元指数震荡下跌，再次测试箱体下沿支撑，短期不排除跌破的可能性，因美联储官员的鸽派言论，叠加通胀符合预期，支撑降息预期继续升温，整体结构不利美元反弹，等待非农数据落地之后的方向选择为主，金价短期继续走强，刷新历史新高之后存在加速的可能性，日内回踩低吸，谨防波动率增加，美原油维持收敛震荡，整体结构维持高抛低吸对待
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金短期刷新历史新高，且突破中轴线之后存在加速的可能性，一方面美联储认为通胀符合预期，叠加经济数据不及预期，降息预期继续升温，短期支撑金价向上走强，不排除加速的可能性，日内回踩低吸为主，等待非农数据落地，日线级别支撑2100不破，则多头结构不变，上方压力2200附近
USOIL 美原油
美原油短期维持区间震荡，目前尚未突破收敛区间，且基本面上并未出现明确的变化，若美联储降息预期继续升温，则不排除提振市场风偏进一步上行，从而支撑油价反弹，在箱体之内维持高抛低吸对待，日线级别压力81美元附近，下方支撑78美元
