黄金：随着地缘政治+美联储利率决议消化完毕、美元强势上涨、黄金应声下跌破2000；周四重点关注零售销售和失业金数据、目前4小时看上方短线目标压力2000~2005、支撑1975~1965
反弹到1998/2005做空不变、短线目标1985/82、破位波段1975/1972；同时在1975下方长线减仓1次
回落到1970或者站稳200刺穿2005考虑买涨
原油：周二72多单78止盈拿下600点后；78.5反手空目前76.3持仓超过200点利润目标74.5/73不变
悟道已经多次强调、原油是纯商品、大部分时间都是属于宽幅区间震荡，大波段思路操作；已经在72~78区间吃了三四波利润
