【价格歧视】
指卖方根据不同的买方或不同的销售条件，对同一种商品或服务实行不同的价格的行为，可以分为三种类型：
• 一级价格歧视，是指卖方根据每个买方的支付意愿，对每一单位商品或服务收取不同的价格，例如，有些商家会根据买方的外貌、穿着、年龄等特征，判断他们的购买能力和需求，从而给出不同的报价
• 二级价格歧视，是指卖方根据买方的购买数量，对不同数量的商品或服务收取不同的价格，例如，有些商家会实行“买一送一”、“第二件半价”等促销活动，吸引买方购买更多的商品
• 三级价格歧视，是指卖方根据买方所属的不同市场或群体，对不同市场或群体的商品或服务收取不同的价格。例如，有些商家会对不同地区、不同年龄段、不同身份的买方实行不同的价格，如电影院的学生票、老人票、儿童票等。
生活中，价格歧视是一种非常普遍的现象，它可以让卖方获得更高的利润，也可以让买方获得更多的选择。但是，价格歧视也可能导致市场的不公平和效率的降低，因而需要合理的规制和监督。
