当一个人在偶然的随机事件中获得成功，ta会认为自己在下一次尝试同样可以获得成功。运用场景：篮球赛场，当某个人连续命中投篮以后，他会觉得自己状态来了，接着继续出手。赌场，当一个人连续赢钱，他会认为自己时来运转，接下来肯定能够继续赢。
So，我们的感知和判断可能会被虚假的信号所蒙蔽，这个世界上并没有什么“hot-hand"，完全是随机+运气使然
