日内将重点关注美国至1月13日当周初请失业金人数(万人)、美国12月新屋开工总数年化(万户)、美国12月营建许可总数(万户)、美国1月费城联储制造业指数等，市场预期好坏参半，并有偏利好金价的概率，但从昨日数据表现来看，将或继续向好打压金价走低，因而今日要么是冲高回撤收垂线涨势，要么是冲高回落转跌继续刷新昨日低点。
基本面上，由于强劲的美国12月份零售销售数据，推动美国国债收益率上升，而交易员纷纷削减美联储降息押注，黄金遭抛售；
另外，12月份消费者价格指数(CPI)核心通胀也有回升表现，故此市场对通胀及时、可持续地回到2%目标缺乏信心，美联储政策制定者则倾向于将利率长期维持在较高水平，这违背了市场预期。美联储理事克里斯托弗·沃勒的鹰派评论也对央行在3月份会议上降息表示怀疑，令金价扩大了调整幅度。
现在，在美联储一些成员发表鹰派言论后，市场正在调整押注美联储在今年第一季度末开始降息的预期，另外，随着联邦基金期货的抛售以及对即将到来的政策降息的早期时机和幅度的怀疑，市场得出结论，美联储不可能很早就放松货币政策；
所以，短中期而言，金价仍将进行一定区间性的震荡调整行情，
