黄金昨日2030-33空单，在2020提醒出局，文章策略也有公开给出。今日黄金目前看，回落做多为主，但是考虑到非农数据，预计在这之前以震荡为主，整体看震荡偏强操作。建议回落2020-17附近多，损2014，看2035-40，若意外下方2013-10附近还是多。至于做空，等2035-38附近。
原油最近有走反弹的需求，而且幅度不会太小，建议若先反弹70.9-71.2附近先空，损71.5，看69-68，下方68-67.5附近分批多。
白银建议23.7-23.75附近多，损23.5，看24.2-24.4再空。
