【基本面分析】 昨日美国 10 月新屋销售总数相较前值衰退，11 月达拉斯联储商业活动指数也 同步下滑，显示在目前的高利率之下，购置房屋与商业活动降温，叠加近期市 场对于美联储结束紧缩的预期居高不下，且美国财政部标售 550 亿美元国债需 求状况强劲，也压制了 10 年期美债收益率的表现，同样有助黄金维持强势格 局。 【技术分析】 黄金四小时图，走势向上突破前期压力，并刷新短线高点，配合均线维持翻 扬，显示买盘意愿增强；如后续回调未击破前期支撑，则有利后市续涨。
