就上一个问题继续说说作息时间。
我大概是早上8点送完孩子上学就没什么事儿干了，以前8点左右还要看看日经和a股的，但是看了这么久基本也没做什么交易，尤其是日经，a股的话今年走势也不太适合我，基本一年都没怎么做a股，所以8点到下午16点欧盘基本就是空闲时间。
欧盘也要看有没有机会，我今年做了几次欧盘，还不错，甚至觉得欧盘比美盘还要好一些，有的时候欧美联合分析都影响我赚钱了。
美盘的话我因为白天不睡觉，很少熬到美盘时间下午，很多机会都出现在下午，我也因此错过很多机会，但是能怎么办呢？我在大陆，也不能往死里熬。
