1、昨天日内黄金缓跌不止，临近美盘，再来一波深度回调触及近两周新低点1956，中东紧张局势引发的避险情绪多头失去动力，再加市场焦点转向美联储官员的利率暗示还会采取更多措施。黄金小阴线延续回落，开盘即高点一路弱势阴跌，一直延续至美盘稍晚时段，在触及1956后轻微小波段反弹，重新受涨回1968附近震荡，下跌没有转换，暂处于高位震荡修整。
2、形态结构看黄金走法依旧连续阴跌回调，昨日二次下探新低，接下来能否破位比较关键，回调第一支撑重点关注1953-1956得与失，这将决定后市是启稳继续冲高还是加深调整空间，守住思路由空转多，反之下破则加深回落调整。该位置属于多空分水岭的重要节点。今日操作思路先稳健观望，把操作点放到欧美盘行情中。亚盘日内都是小幅震荡为主，等欧盘之后走到区间边沿相对更好把握一些。
3、上方短期重点关注阻力1976-1985-1995，下方短期重点关注支撑1962-1956-1950

①1976/1977做空单，保护位1982，目标继续看1960下方减仓，剩余看回调趋势大支撑1953。
②1955/1956做多，保护1947，做支撑反弹波段至1965
