1、上周五黄金受大非农数据，失业金数据双重利多影响，再次发力向上突破2000点关口，冲高至前高2007附近承压回落。震荡格局不变，随后拐头大幅回落，操作低位空单保护离场后，高位2003重新接回空单，当前高位拉扯中还是承压明显，夜间也多次上下剧烈拉扯还是未能保持在2000点上方，重新下跌维持于1990附近小震荡收盘。今日早盘小幅跳空低开，缓涨补缺口处1990附近整理。
2、黄金伴随剧烈高位拉锯震荡，受非农数据刺激，美元受挫，黄金短暂冲高至2007，但始终未突破前期高点从而打开空间，尾盘承压回撤重新收回1990之下。再加上前些时间市场上引发一系列的避险情绪抬高金价，黄金可能需要在短期内还会进行回调行情，目前已经反弹到小跳空缺口1992附近，走势可以确定上方受压制从而拐头继续向下的走法，第一承压点在1993-1995，今日操作：决定还是以承压空为主，临近1993附近先进场一个空单，以震荡回调为核心，先稳健看承压的空单机会，1995位置也是比较关键的顶底转换的位置，破了之后再看2000附近的补仓。
3、上方短期重点关注阻力1995-2000，下方短期重点关注支撑1986-1975
