美元指数震荡回落，目前没有跌破区间支撑，市场等待非农数据之后的方向选择，短期不排除反复盘整见顶的可能性，日内维持沽空对待，继续关注美债收益率是否共振下跌，从而使得美元指数短期见顶，金价方面维持震荡上行，只是目前没有突破2000美元整数关，日内回踩低吸为主，等待突破之后的加速机会，美原油超跌反弹，但依然是空头结构，继续关注需求端的变化
XAUUSD 黄金
金价短期维持区间震荡，目前结构上属于多头测试压力之后的回踩，因美联储暂停加息，其次是加息预期降温，若非农数据不及预期，则美元有望短期继续走弱，继续关注美债收益率是否存在见顶的可能性，日线级别多空分水岭1960不破则有望继续走强，日内压力2000美元，等待突破
USOIL
美原油短期超跌反弹，但是大方向依然是空头下行，地缘局势的情绪依然过去，而需求端也没有出现明确的变化，因此库存数据无法支撑油价继续走强的前提下，维持震荡下行对待，日内压力83美元附近无法突破，则等待沽空机会，下方支撑80美元附近
