美联储利率决议落地，维持利率不变，加息放缓的预期再起，但降息预期尚未出现，所以美元指数冲高回落，目前依然在区间之内，这里依然是复杂的头部构筑阶段，因此耐心等待破位，日内反抽沽空为主，金价方面探底回升，结构上属于多头回踩之后的再次突破，等待低吸机会为主，美原油跌破区间支撑之后反抽，但需求预期依然是限制油价反弹的重要因素，等待企稳为主
XAUUSD 黄金
黄金短期维持高位震荡，目前回踩之后继续走强，基本面上美元指数冲高回落，美联储维持利率不变，似乎有转向的意思，但并不多，因此依然属于震荡上行结构，日内不宜追涨，等待突破2000美元压力之后的加速机会，日线级别回踩支撑1970附近低吸为主
USOIL 美原油
美原油小幅反弹，虽然美联储维持利率不变，但是并未能改变市场对于需求疲软的预期，因此在没有明确出现降息预期之前，油价维持震荡调整，目前反抽前期箱体压力83美元无法突破则不排除再次下行的可能性，等待沽空机会为主，下方支撑80美元破位则加速下行
