交易真言第一篇：交易和风控必须分开，必须各自有各自权限各自无法干预，并且当风控要平仓时候，交易员没法干预。
以前遇到一个老板（也是交易员）请了风控，结果风控要平仓时候，老板直接来一句，滚犊子，风控领了4000工资走了。
