本周公布的数据显示，欧元区服务业通胜放缓，此前有迹象显示，欧元区经济正在迅速恶化，这可能使政策制定者倾向于在本月暂停加息。此前，他们预计9月份还会有一次加息，但现在预计 7月份的连续第九次加息已是最后一次。欧元区通胩放缓十经济恶化让市场认为欧洲史行不会再次加息。
FPG 特约分析师 Dave 观点：
鉴于沙特已在8月份将其每日原油产量减少 100 万桶并旦预计该国还会将减产行动坚持到第四季度，市场预计末来原油供应还将出现紧张状况。纽约原油创年内新高。
此外，俄罗斯表示，不排除10月进一步削减石油出口的可能性，沙特可能将减产计划延长至10月，但短期油价仍有进一步上涨的机会。
