#XAU/USD#要过心态关，单纯“修心”没用，关键还是要用策略去解决。比如不敢开仓，不敢严格止损，这说明交易系统的盈利水平不够。可以试想一下，如果交易系统开仓经常止损，再好的心态，都要崩溃。反过来，如果系统开仓经常赚钱，久而久之，估计巴不得多出点交易系统买卖点，多开几次仓。所以，很多“心态不好”，核心本质不在心态，而在交易系统的盈利水平，修心治标不治本，不如多花时间改进交易系统。另外对于交易系统是靠趋势赚钱，但是却拿不住单子的这种，建议进场之后，退出来账户，甚至可以关电脑，找点其他事情做，分散注意力。老是盯着K线图，谁都会忍不住的，设置一个止盈点位的预警就够了。
