Dịch vụ khách hàng khủng khiếp
Tôi đã hỏi dịch vụ khách hàng API về những gì cần viết trong các lệnh giao dịch để nền tảng giao dịch API của họ thực hiện giao dịch. Nhưng thay vì giúp đỡ, họ chỉ đổ lỗi cho TradingView. Điều buồn cười là TradingView nói rằng đó là lỗi của FXCM vì mỗi nhà môi giới xử lý các lệnh khác nhau nhưng FXCM phủ nhận điều đó. Cũng buồn cười rằng các lệnh Bán đơn giản hoạt động với các nhà môi giới khác thông qua API TradingView nhưng không hoạt động với FXCM. Họ cực kỳ kiêu ngạo không giúp đỡ và đổ lỗi cho khách hàng thay vì hỗ trợ tôi - khách hàng đang giao dịch trên nền tảng của họ.
