我今天的反思，主要是为了解决盯盘的问题，分为三个部分：心态建设篇、执行篇、化神篇。
一、心态篇
【你的损益结果不会因为你盯盘的时间有所改变】 1、做错的单子，即使持续12小时盯盘，也不能改变赔钱的命运。2、做对的单子，你盯得太紧，反而容易微利止盈，成为放牛娃。
【你的财运命中注定，不会因为盯盘而改变】你的财运命中注定。你是一个亿的命还是一百万的命，都是已经注定的。但是记住一点，积攒你的善缘，提高你的格局，自然会有与你格局适配的财富。
【等待，是一种宝贵的品质】当你越喜爱盯盘，那么交易价格的跳动很容易越被放大，相对的你交易的错误就更容易产生。这里，需要学会等待。
【外汇很浮躁，越是如此，越是需要一片安宁】学会与自己急迫需要一个结果的欲望和平相处。盯盘获得一种快感，其实是一种欲望。但是这无助于内心安宁。马云说过，他重要的决策都是在寺庙里做出的，其实投资也是如此。去复盘下你的出色交易策略，是在什么样的状态做出的。我本人回想起来，最重要的中线决策都是在周六周日登鸣凤山时做出的，而且基本都对。
