10点，这些天的操作确实一团遭，不仅操作频繁，且多空都在短期切换，位置方面卡的也不尽人意。像上周五尾盘空单最高点扫损，今天的空单也是扫损后下来，思路调整了去低多刚刚也是几乎最低点扫到后再给调仓机会，频率上也确实过多导致操作不稳定，以往一天基本极限就是一单，现在可能一天甚至出现两三单的情况，且方向还不一样，也就导致最近亏损较多，这需要好好反思总结下了。今天后面就不做安排了，大家早点休息，调整好明天重新规划。抱歉[抱拳]
