塔勒布曾在《反脆弱》一书中，描述过两种人生状态：
“很多人遇到一些不如意的事，就变得像玻璃球，一旦掉到地上，就会摔碎成一地，这样的人属于“脆弱”体质。
而另外一些人，像橡胶球一样，即便掉在地上也不会坏，反而会弹得更高，他们养成了“反脆弱”体质。”
人生路上，决定一个人强大与否的关键，不在于他巅峰时的成就有多惊人，而在于他跌落谷底时，是像玻璃球一样摔得粉碎，还是像橡胶球一样触底反弹。
真正厉害的人，都养成了“反脆弱”体质。
