Always a disappointment
Every interaction with Saxo is a disappointment. Most messages receive a cut and paste response, ignoring the substance of the matter. Agents never seem to take responsibility but just shuffle things off to someone else. Dreadful. Avoid.
The only way I seem to get them to take notice is by writing reviews here!!😤
