德恐难实施禁令 市场重评欧盟封杀俄油前景 原油价格回落
原油期货价格周二 (22 日) 收低，WTI 原油期货价格经历前一日 7% 的大涨后回落，因投资者正在评估欧盟禁止进口俄罗斯原油的前景。
周一原油价格大涨 7% 以上，因欧盟外长讨论是否加入美国一起禁止进口俄罗斯原油。然而，新闻报导指出，欧盟与欧洲最大经济体德国的讨论未能达成协议，因为德国过于依赖俄罗斯能源而无法实施禁令。
原油周二先涨后跌，从日线看形态还是呈上涨趋势，今上方重点关注113.5一线的突破情况，破位上看115-117，从四小时线看，油价昨上涨后未能延续，从四小时线看MA5与MA10死叉向下，今113不上，油价将继续下跌，
综述目前油价是多头趋势，但有回调势头，上方看113.5，下方看107，破位看顺延。
