下周重点关注：A股开门红、中国M2、拉加德讲话、三大原油市场报告、美国CPI
①多家券商机构研报认为，随着美联储加息/缩表预期逐步趋于稳定，叠加财报季业绩趋于明朗，海外市场在春节期间明显企稳，对A股的牵制减少，而节前风险集中过度释放，情绪底也已出现，A股市场或将迎来开门红。
②中国M2将于下周不定时公布，国金策略认为，1月下旬以来信贷明显回暖有望打消市场对信贷疲软的忧虑，2月中旬披露的1月金融数据有望延续开门红趋势，宽信用环境将逐步得到验证，这或将助推A股情绪回升。
③欧洲央行行长拉加德将于明日讲话，这周其不再排除年内加息可能，使得欧央行开始准备进入加息周期，周日管委诺特表示最早可能在四季度加息，且连续加息，因欧元区通胀年率意外升至5.1%，远远高于欧央行的通胀目标。
④下周，三大油市报告料给予更多关于油市供需方面的线索，不过还需关注美国严寒天气对得州炼厂生产的影响，EIA原油库存或因此大增；此外，伊核谈判已进入最后阶段，美国解除部分对伊制裁意味着谈判或将更快取得进展。
