自律，出自《左传·哀公十六年》，指在没有人现场监督的情况下，通过自己要求自己，变被动为主动，自觉地遵循法度，拿它来约束自己的一言一行。指不受外界约束和情感支配,据自己善良意志按自己颁布的道德规律而行事的道德准则。

自律自古有之，古人常说的修身，齐家，治国，平天下，第一条修身也即自律之意。
自律的本身含义广泛而又不拘一格。但交易中的自律指的是能够遵从自我约定交易准则，自我约束交易行为，以达到交易目标的自我调节行动。
交易中的自律行为是一个基础而广泛的存在，是建立在具有成熟的交易观，完整的交易系统，先进的交易理念之上的形而上东西，也即交易之道。
自律也是交易过程中需要不断追求的行为准绳，需要不断的进行自我暗示，自我强制，最终希望能够达到知行合一。
我个人也在自律方面进行学习。随着交易的时间拉长，自身阅历的增加，也在自律的道路上能够做到越来越完善。
