欧元兑英镑昨日盘中冲高回落后，今日开盘回吐涨至0.8434水平，因英国9月零售物价上涨，欧元区相对数据持平，使得英镑短线小幅提振上行。
昨日欧洲央行管委Wunsch表示，欧洲央行应逐步退出PEPP政策，否则会持续产生越来越多的副作用，考虑到目前欧洲区国家经济数据已趋于回稳状态，终止紧急抗疫购债计划势在必行且刻不容缓。此外，英国央行BoE预计将可能在11月将政策利率上调，明年会计出更多加息讯号。
昨日财经事件数据方面，欧盟统计局Eurostat公布9月CPI消费者物价指数维持在固定水平，包含年率3.4%和核心年月率分别为1.9%和0.4%；而英国国家统计局公布9月的CPI则相对呈小幅下跌的走势，年月率分别降至3.1%和0.3%，核心年月率同比下跌2.9%和维持在0.4%，显示出欧洲区通胀比英国走势相对趋于温和。在零售物价指数方面，英国9月年月率指数普遍上升至4.9%和0.4%，核心年月率指数上升至5%和0.4%，显示出零售价格变动有明显上涨。
从上方压制(上方阻力) 0.8430，0.8490；从下行方向看，下方支撑0.8380。
