1.作为日内交易者，最好不要持有长线单子，除非趋势非常明确，否则会影响日内短线交易。调整方式，把几百点的长线单子，分成几个几十点的单子。
2.资金管理调整，用1000资金做为交易主账户，其他账户根据资金大小和风险按倍数跟单，每隔一段时间从主账户取出盈利部分。这样做不会因为资金变动，改变交易习惯。避开一切影响交易的因素，让交易处在一个舒适可控的范围。
3.心态调整，在交易中什么是好的心态？我认为好的心态应该是，保持不要让自己走到悬崖边的心态，而不是已经站在悬崖边如何保持好的心态。站在悬崖边考虑的是如何保命而不是心态。
