#聚焦博鳌亚洲论坛#【虚拟货币暴跌引热议：#央行正在研究加密货币监管规则#】本届博鳌亚洲论坛年会从昨天开启各项议程到现在，有三个热点值得关注：①比特币和以太币的币值暴跌引发了论坛嘉宾热议。中国人民银行副行长李波表示，央行正在对加密货币进行监管规则的研究。李波指出，任何加密货币未来如果能成为广泛使用的支付工具，就必须接受严格的监管；②对于为何年会主题要聚焦一带一路的问题，论坛秘书长李保东回应称，一带一路”倡议是当今世界上规模最大的国际公共产品，在疫情肆虐时，很大程度上弥补了沿线地区互联互通的不足；③论坛的旗舰报告指出，受疫情冲击，2020年亚洲地区有41个经济体公共债务率攀升，其中，马尔代夫和日本的公共债务率分别同比上升40%和28%。论坛现场的很多嘉宾和经济学家都呼吁各国重视债务风险。
