周三(1月27日)，国际油价上扬。此前公布的行业数据显示，美国上周原油库存意外下降，而亚洲地区疫情呈现出受控迹象。不过在年初创下近11个月高位后，多头似乎已经力竭，最近两周呈现区间波动，一些OPEC成员国流露出增产意向。
API周二公布的数据显示，截至1月22日当周，原油库存减少527.2万桶，至约4.818亿桶，分析师预估为增加60.3万桶。但汽油和精炼油库存分别增加305.8万桶和139.8万桶。官方的能源信息署(EIA)周度库存报告将在北京时间周三23:30公布。
