刚出了个大新闻，上交所暂缓了蚂蚁集团的上市。
名义上的理由是蚂蚁的实控人及董事长、总经理被有关部门联合进行监管约谈。公司报告所处的金融科技监管环境发生变化等重大事项，该重大事项可能导致公司不符合发行上市条件或者信息披露要求。
实际上的原因大家也都懂，现在的看点就是港交所的态度了……
