Nhữngng điều khoản và điều kiện này vô tình biến KVB trở thành một sàn giao dịch rắc rối và khiến khách hàng không hài lòng. Mong KVB nên sửa lại các điều khoản này bởi trong 1 số trường hợp chủ tài khoản không trùng tên với chủ TK ngân hàng thì họ sẽ không thể kí quỹ cũng như rút tiền, và đó chắc chắn là 1 trong những điều khoản đáng quan tâm và nên thay đổi.
