马来西亚LFSA牌照申请要求
1、文件要求
1）申请执行Labuan Investment Bank投资银行业务许可证，应由申请法人或他人代表申请法人以书面形式向管理局提出授牌申请。
2）申请文件应包含如下内容：
①经由管理局FSA认证的法律文件；
②系列陈述文件；
③申请法人所有负责投资银行业务运营的员工的名字、地址、资质、工作经验及推荐的职位；
④经由FSA认证的该申请法人申请业务为投资银行服务的说明；
⑤递交截至申请日的前三个财政年度的审计报告各一份（复印件）；
⑥三个财政年度的商业计划。

主管及首席官员必须符合适用性规则，并需要经由FSA同意后才正式行使职位责任。
4、资产要求
申请法人资产需要一直保持在1000万林吉特（或其他等值货币）以上。
5、报告要求
投资银行需要在其财政年年尾6个月内，递交商业总结报告，2份最近两年审计的年度财务报表和损益表复印件，资金资源放置安排利用陈述，以及审计员报告。此外，投资银行需要时常向FSA递交关于该银行资产情况的说明报告，包括信贷资产总额，信贷业务类别登记等。
