归零在意义在于不妄想——将过去盈利也好亏损也好的历史情节中拉回来， 着眼于市场，着眼于市场的规律：当前是震荡的、趋态的？当前是否是危墙的、是否是安全域的，是否是一个合适的安全域。归零的意义还在于，再次认识本心状态——当前的心理状态是冒进的、偏激的？畏惧的？害怕的？抑或是稳定的，不偏不倚，不上不下，不急不慢，不急不躁的？
一瓢一饮的冰山之下是什么？是力量的周期性，是力量较量双方的周期性，有振幅、有周期、有大小周期的叠加，是不同周期的权重加持，形成的复杂多项式表达的图形。所以市场是周期的，而获取盈利的方式只能是在周期的波峰和波谷之间，在安全域——当前波启动之初入场，在即将结束处出场，这就导致了，盈利的获取只能是在市场周期的运作下，一段一段，一瓢一瓢的获取。并非心理欲望的不断索取无限大，受身心状态的期望值而影响设定一个不合理的不符合市场周期规律的“完美”盈利。 总的来说，这样的一瓢一饮规律是基于力量周期性呈现的客观规律，不可违抗，一旦违抗就变成了“一夜暴富”“一单成神”“一步登天”的赌徒，是一个美丽的错误。
