石油停产速度平均为70.2万桶/日，有望加速；
Sanford C Bernstein分析师Oswald Clint等人称，2020年截至目前的停产速度平均为70.2万桶/日，有望加速上升。预计这一数字到夏天将上升一倍，3月开始有停产，预计主要会是在第二季度，平均达160万桶/日，然后第三季度料平均为70万桶/日，如果油价回升，许多企业料将在第四季度重启生产。从地理分布来看，观察到的停产主要是在加拿大，贡献了停产数字的46%，其次是拉美，占42%（主要是墨西哥、巴西和委内瑞拉），剩余12%分布在亚洲、中东、非洲和欧洲。计划外停产不会减轻近期价格压力，但势必会加速发展，并且为反向投资观点播下种子，“最终，这会创造一种‘情景’，包括页岩油产量下滑，然后是缓慢复苏，多数停掉的产能重启，需求V型回升，反向投资者现在应该密切注意这些”
