祐生国际原油分析
4月14日NYMEX 5月原油期货（CLK0）结算每桶20.11美元，比前一交易日下跌
2.30美元，跌幅10.3%，交易区间19.95-23.08美元。国际衍生品智库分析师认为
，OPEC+二十国再次合作减产保价，OPEC+以外的产油国也表示参与减产或者根据
市场调节而减产，市场预计全球减产幅度将高达1950万桶，但是，由于新冠病毒
肺炎流行，祐生国际各国减少旅行和贸易，全球石油需求将减少20-30%，减产量
达不到需求减少量，后期原油库存依然面临压力。另一方面，美国得克萨斯州监
管机构周二就削减该州石油产量进行了辩论，以应对新型冠状病毒造成的需求下
降，业界对监管机构这一历史性的举措产生了分歧。祐生国际西得克萨斯州页岩
油生产商先锋自然资源公司和Parsley公司带头减产，但包括埃克森美孚公司和
西方石油公司在内的许多较大公司反对这一想法。美国减产决议未定，国际油价
大幅走低。NYMEX 5月原油期价短期关注19.5美元附近支撑位，祐生国际建议在
19.0-22.5美元/桶区间交易。
