目前看，全球由于新冠肺炎导致的经济问题不容小觑，而在美联储宣布降息之后，也给全球货币宽松政策提供了空间，未来将会有更多国家加入降息队伍中，昨天美联储宣布降息后，黄金持续拉升，较日低反弹超50美元，最高涨至1643.64美元水平。应该注意到，美联储已经承认“美国经济前景已经发生实质性转变”，市场也同样预期美联储未来面临的挑战巨大，且预计美联储降息暂未停止。
黄金，关注会否二次冲高，目前来看1651是阻力，待冲高回落后再空，回落到1626做多； 原油，46.5之上看涨到49，等回调进多。
在这种波动剧烈的消息面主导行情中，必须严格带上止损操作，不能因一棵树失火而导致整个森林毁灭，哪怕是错误的止损也能保证还有抓住下一个机会的能力。昨晚美联储紧急降息给没有设置止损的伙伴一个教训，止损是防范未知风险的保险，是对自己资金的保护。
