早盘黄金快速拉升，今日重要的数据为晚间的非农行情，此次非农对后市美联储的利率决议有重大参考意义。目前黄金日线级别MACD快慢线死叉，调整还在进一步进行，今日需关注日线级别10MA既1412的支撑情况。
目前黄金大跌跌破1380的概率不大，上行破位1438的概率也不多。大概率维持在此区间震荡，以区间震荡代替调整行情。调整不改了黄金大牛市行情。
日内操作还需高抛低吸为主，轻仓注重风险。
操作上：
1425空 防守1430 目标1412；1410多 防守1405 目标1419.
