坦白讲，工作勤奋是反人性的，找捷径才是人性，所以毒鸡汤受欢迎不奇怪。
任何工作，如果以功利的目标去看待，去计较自己的努力，最终很难达成好的结果，因为你的心思在计算上。
识别、信任、all in。大多数年轻人，没那么好的机缘，年轻的时候识别不到好的机会、跟对人，但这没关系，信任和all in一样能做。这些会让你积累，即便不是好的环境，也能成长，前提是热爱和信任。如果不热爱自己所从事的行业和职业、产品，自然也无法坚持下去。
所以，寻找自己喜欢的事情是非常重要的，360行，行行出状元，而不是360人都去做一行，失意之后喷这个行业、职业。
