投诉问题：
由于KVB自身问题，导致我账户出现异常。
第一：我几个单子出现赢利，现KVB易清除，交易记录也消失！！ （有截图，视频）
第二：我持有的单子，因为KVB 系统维护，在交易期间，数十小时，造成我不能正常的开仓和平仓！！！
第三：由赢利变成亏损，怎么评估赔付！！！亏损因为不能在这个期间操作，亏损拉大怎么赔付，赢利因为不能平仓，怎么赔付！！！
KVB 不能只是单方面，把全部所谓的数据问题，把直接恶果全部让我们客服承担！！
赢利的单子你们全部消除了，那亏损的单子为什么全部都在呢？
