新西兰联储和澳洲联储上个月降息以刺激经济，
欧洲和日本现在已经是零利率，继续降息没有空间。
美联储现在利率是2.5%，有降息空间，降息的效果会比较明显。
长端美元利率都在下降
美联储影响的是隔夜利率
长期利率是长期投资回报的替代
短期利率是融资成本
所以长期的长短期利率倒挂会造成融资活动的停止。
美联储降息是为了对冲美国经济的衰退。2019年下半年，在美国贸易战减少供给的背景下，通胀有上升的压力，美联储降息会加大通胀。所以美联储不一定有降息的必要。
