#我的跟随心情#，来到社区半年多了，简单讲下作为跟随者的一些感悟和如何选择适合自己的交易员。看到好多跟随者一旦亏钱就会埋怨，甚至攻击交易员，其实最最应该反思的是自己。以下是我选择交易员的心得。
1.首先你要认清你自己你所希望喜欢哪种交易风格，长线or短线,日内or波段or剥头皮，轻仓or重仓，高频or低频，明确好后再选择交易员。
2.观察交易员之前交易记录，观察是否存在扛单等等...看他的盈利是否稳定持续。
3.看交易员的言行，这个标准有点玄乎，简单说过度推销的交易员谨慎选择，优秀的交易员是孤独的，一般很少在社区发言。还有那些在社区吵架互喷互怼的交易员，这种直接pass，心态人品有问题！
