他说，损失可能会达到数亿美元，他希望俄罗斯不会对损失产生争议。
由于输送的原油受到污染，俄罗斯上个月末已经停止从白俄罗斯流向东欧和德国的德鲁日巴管道运输，导致全球油价上涨至六个月高位，欧洲炼油厂现在纷纷寻找可替代的原油供应。
