昨晚美盘黄金行情小，昨天一直想改做波段，但是不适合个人操作风格。昨晚23:00下课后向团队申请频繁交易，止盈交易三十笔，单日收益8%，留单过周末，跟单收益率。尽管后市看好，但违背不持仓过周末的规则，必须好好惩罚自己，下周不能再犯。
纵观一周，虽然周一损失65.5%对信心有受挫，周二至周五仓位控制较严，净值稳步回升一半，同资金比例跟单的跟单账户收益最高百分百，因为跟单系统故障，同比例跟单的两个爆仓，严重调高比例跟单的两个账户爆仓。从所有账户净值统计，基本平衡。
与上周相比，所犯毛病明显变少，违背规则的频次大幅下降。
下周好好改进。
