与此同时，除了美国对委内瑞拉和伊朗的原油实施制裁导致的非自愿减产外，利比亚也被迫减产，利比亚国内动乱也导致利比亚原油产量减少。
这些都是油价上涨的由头，实则前期跌的太多，原油进入了慢慢恢复的阶段！
