美国联储会（Fed）在北京时间31日凌晨3时宣布，维持基准的联邦基金利率在2.25%至2.5%目标区间不变，符合市场预期，但Fed表示，今年进一步升息时将保持耐心，指出美国经济前景的不确定性上升。 关於升息的措辞，Fed最新声明的语气减弱，把对经济成长的描述从「强劲」改为「稳健」。Fed并指出，基於市场的衡量通膨补偿的指标「近几个月来有所下降」。
技术面
以欧元/美元4小时走势观之，在整理过后出现长阳棒，凸显多方势仍强，但价格近前波压力区，加上价格快速上扬导致与KD指标出现背离情况，纵有上行空间，仍须留意休息回弱的可能。
