周末在深圳参加了Followme社区组织的活动，我觉得有两大方面的收获。首先是用什么样的价值观去指导交易，拥有正确的价值观是保持长久良好交易心态的前提。其次一点也是我目前比较欠缺的，就是止损。我以前的止损方式是从MACD结构走势来止损，缺点是行情不向自己预想的方向走时，止损结构一般迟迟不出现，造成回撤幅度大。为提高自己的交易水平，我计划在下周一对所有持单设置止损，今后开单时直接带止损或者开单后马上补设止损。
